<br />Which Deed of Trust was in the original amount of Ten Thousand One Hundred Dollars and no
<br />cents ($10,100.00) and was recorded on May 15, 1997, as Document No. 97- 103745 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, David L. Sawyer and Kelly K. Sawyer, Husband and Wife have secured a loan in the
<br />amount of Sixty -Four Thousand Dollars and no cents ($64,000.00) from H 8 R Block Mortgage
<br />Corporation, which loan amount is secured by a Deed if Trust on the above described real estate:

<br />WHEREAS, Household Finance Corporation, is agreeable to subordinating the Deed of Trust
<br />mentioned above to the Deed of Trust, of H 8 R Block Mortgage Corporation.
