<br />You are hereby notified that Alfredo Alfonso, a single man, as Tremor, did on or about August 30, 2002, make,
<br />execute and deliver unto First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Tmstor
<br />conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot 6, of County Subdivision of part of the Sl /2 SEI /4 of Section 16, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting there from
<br />a tract of land deeded to the City of Grand Island, more particularly described in
<br />Decd recorded as Book 46 Page 600 of the Deed records in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on September 3, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200209218.
<br />Camille R. Hawk Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tmstor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due acrd payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Decd of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
