<br /> in consideration of THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS

<br /> convey to DAVID E. THIENEL, A Single Person, Grantee, the following
<br /> described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Twenty-Eight (28) , Thelen Subdivision, First Addition, to
<br /> the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br /> the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
