WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 6, 1998, executed by Susan E. Keller Revocable Living Trust, Ellis
<br />E. Hutchison, Trustee and Susan E. Keller, A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 14, 1998, recorded as Instrument No. 98-
<br />107890 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block One (1), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 14th of May, 2004.
