200404851 <br />AMENDMENT TO THE <br />ALICE E. NEAL REVOCABLE TRUST <br />Pursuant to the Powers reserved to the Trustor in Section II of the Trust <br />Agreement made between Alice E. Neal of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as trustor and Alice E. Neal of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as trustee on October 12, 1994, this Amendment to <br />that Trust is made in the following particulars: <br />1. Section XII is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />XII. <br />SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE <br />In the event Alice E. Neal resigns or is removed as trustee, <br />Cale E. Neal, now of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named successor <br />trustee; in the event Cale E. Neal resigns or is removed as <br />successor trustee, Christina Dora Neal White, now of Omaha, <br />Nebraska, is named as second successor trustee; in the event <br />Christina Dora Neal White, resigns or is removed as second <br />successor trustee, Jeffery Cale Neal, now of Springdale, Arkansas, <br />is named as third successor trustee; and when any such trustee <br />shall become such successor trustee on the execution of a written <br />acceptance of the trusteeship and on the settlement of the <br />accounts and discharge of the prior trustee; they shall then be <br />vested without further action on the part of anyone, with all the <br />estate powers, duties, immunities, and discretions granted to the <br />original trustee. <br />1 <br />
