Any payment under this section shall <br />operate as a full discharge to trustee with respect thereto. <br />VII. <br />TRUSTEE'S POWERS <br />A. Nebraska Trustees' Powers Act. In addition to all <br />of the powers conferred or provided for by the Nebraska Trustees' <br />Powers Act, as it may hereafter from time to time be amended, the <br />trustee shall have full power with respect to the trust estate to <br />hold, manage, insure, repair, improve, partition, invest, <br />reinvest, sell (publicly or privately, for cash or on time), <br />exchange, grant, convey, deliver, assign, transfer, lease, <br />auction, option, mortgage, pledge, borrow, contract, loan, <br />compromise claims, abandon, distribute or allocate in cash or <br />kind or partly in each at fair market values determined by it, <br />hold in the name of a nominee, release powers, hold property <br />anywhere in the United States or abroad, acquire or continue any <br />business, engage advisers or assistants, act upon their advice, <br />delegate powers and duties to them and remunerate them, engage in <br />joint ventures or general or limited partnerships with others, <br />determine the existence or status of beneficiaries without court <br />proceeding, distribute property directly to a beneficiary or to <br />conservator, guardian of his person, custodian for the <br />beneficiary under any statute, or by direct payment of the <br />beneficiary's expenses, and free from all investment restrictions <br />11 <br />
