<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated November 8, 1991, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, November 8, 1991 as Document No. Document No. 91- 107594 of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds Books, wherein Tiou Keolavone and Louane Keolavone, Husband
<br />and Wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BANKFIRST, a Nebraska banking corporation, formerly known
<br />as Columbus Federal Saving Bank, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated November 8,
<br />1991, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 8,
<br />1991, at Document Number Document No. 91- 107594, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Forty Thousand One Hundred Five and 19/100 Dollars ($40,105.19),
<br />as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder
<br />of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto BANKFIRST, a Nebraska banking corporation, herein called the
<br />Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A part of Block Two (2) of "Koehler Subdivision" located on part of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. and a
<br />part of Lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 ) of Section Fifteen (15) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Block Two (2), running
<br />thence East for a distance of 160 feet, running thence South Parallel with the West
<br />Line of said Block for a Distance of 82.7 Feet, running thence West, Parallel with
<br />the North line of said Block, for a distance of 160 feet, and running thence North,
<br />along and upon the West line of said Block for a distance of 82.7 feet to the place
<br />of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
