Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska June 23, 1999 as Instrument <br />No. 99- 106328. Said Deed of Trust grants to TierOne Bank, Trustee the power of sale over <br />the following described real estate: <br />The Norther One Hundred Seven feet (N 107') of the Westerly One Hundred <br />Twenty -five W 125') of Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Ingalls & Turner Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 517 West Egypt, Cairo, Nebraska 68824 <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustor - Borrower <br />has breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly payments of <br />principal and interest of Two Hundred Eighty -four and 54/100 Dollars ($284.54) plus escrow <br />payments for the months of February, March, April, and May, 2004.
