<br />GALLION AND MARY JO T GALLION, H & W. as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 22., 1998,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 98- 106065 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
