<br />Conley, H & W as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 14, 1999, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 99-
<br />103913 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
