<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Marvin L.
<br />Webb and Jeanne F. Webb, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of August 15, 2003, and recorded on
<br />August 22, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200311134, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, does hereby release and discharge from the lien of said Deed of Trust, that
<br />part of the property conveyed therein and described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Property: Lot Five (5), Grand West Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
