KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Citizens Bank and Trust Company,
<br />St. Paul, NE, a Nebraska Corporation as Beneficiary under the Deed �.
<br />of Trust executed by Rodney W. Placke a single person and Darin J.
<br />Placke and Karen K. Placke, Husband and Wife, as Trustor to
<br />Citizens Bank and Trust Co. as Trustee for the Benefit of the
<br />Beneficiary, dated May 2, 2003 and recorded on May 7, 2003
<br />and recorded as Document No. 200305756 of the record of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201):
<br />Lot One (1), Placke Subdivision , Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
<br />The Deed of Trust remains in full force and effect as to all
<br />other property not herein reconveyed described in the Deed of
<br />Trust.
