<br /> The undersigned Lessor, named KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the conditional �

<br /> assignment to FIVE POINTS BANK (Secured Party), by DENNIS G. VANOSDALL and ANN M.
<br /> HAMELOTH-VANOSDALL, as joint tenants, (Debtors), of a Lease dated October 1, 1990,
<br /> wherein KUESTER LAKE INC., is the Lessor and DENNIS G. VANOSDALL and ANN M.
<br /> HAMELOTH-VANOSDALL, are the Lessees, such Lease commenced October 1, 1990, and
<br /> terminates September 30, 2025, and pertains to:
<br /> Lot Twenty (20), having a lake front footage of One Hundred (100) Feet, situated on the East
<br /> side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter(E%ZSW'/)of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West :
<br /> of the 6'h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Southeasterly side by the common
<br /> road.
<br /> Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtors to FIVE :
<br /> POINTS BANK (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the :
<br /> amount of$50,000.00, and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described
<br /> premises and securing payment of said note (bond). :
<br /> Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid. :
