The centerline of the utility easements and <br />right -of -way tracts being more particularly described as follows: <br />TRACT NO. 1 <br />Indicates a ten (10.0) foot wide easement being more particularly <br />described as follows: The Easterly ten (10.0) feet of the Westerly one <br />hundred fifty (150.0) feet of Lot Eight (8) Woodland First Subdivision.
