99 110662 WEST SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving or repaving district for that portion of 13`" Street where it abuts the subdivision. The Subdividers agree to pave Shanna Street, Mansfield Road, and Craig Drive that are within the subdivision, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works. 2. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subj ect to the agreement between the Subdividers and the City of Grand Island dated July 26, 1999. 4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon, so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public right-of-way or to other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works. 5. Temporary Turnaround. The Subdividers agree to construct a temporary cul-de-sac turnaround, having a diameter of one hundred (100.0) feet, on the west end of Shanna Street. Construction of this cul-de-sac, with a five (5.0) inch layer of asphalt surfacing or an eight (8.0) inch layer of milled recycled asphalt, over regular compaction shall be installed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. - 3 -
