99 110662 <br /> WEST SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br /> 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of <br /> any paving or repaving district for that portion of 13`" Street where it abuts the subdivision. The <br /> Subdividers agree to pave Shanna Street, Mansfield Road, and Craig Drive that are within the <br /> subdivision, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public <br /> Works. <br /> 2. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree <br /> to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans <br /> and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br /> Subdividers agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer to all lots in the subdivision in <br /> accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subj ect to <br /> the agreement between the Subdividers and the City of Grand Island dated July 26, 1999. <br /> 4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision <br /> in conjunction with the development proposed thereon, so that storm drainage is conveyed to a <br /> public right-of-way or to other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> 5. Temporary Turnaround. The Subdividers agree to construct a temporary <br /> cul-de-sac turnaround, having a diameter of one hundred (100.0) feet, on the west end of Shanna <br /> Street. Construction of this cul-de-sac, with a five (5.0) inch layer of asphalt surfacing or an eight <br /> (8.0) inch layer of milled recycled asphalt, over regular compaction shall be installed to the <br /> satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. <br /> - 3 - <br />
