<br /> Sammy E. McCallay and Christine L. McCallay, Husband and Wife, Mortgagors, in favor of
<br /> the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Mortgagee, and conveying:
<br /> Lot 8, Block 6, Wallich's Addition and its complement Lot 8, Block 21, Fairview Park
<br /> Addifion, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall Couniy, Nebraska
<br /> and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br /> July 30, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-107691, together with the notes therein described. THIS
<br /> TRANSFER IS WITHOUT RECOURSE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN A LOAN SALE
<br /> AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 1999.
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors and assigns subject
<br /> only to the provisions in said mortgages contained.
