<br /> individual capacity but solely as trustee, or its permitted successors and assigns, on behalf of
<br /> Vendee Mortgage Trust 1999-3, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto said
<br /> second party a certain indenture of mortgage bearing the date of July 27, 1999, executed by
<br /> Robin L. Krohn, a single person, Mortgagor, in favor of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs,
<br /> Mortgagee, and conveying:
<br /> Lot 7, in Fractional Block 6, in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska
<br /> and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br /> July 27, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-107553, together with the note therein described. THIS
<br /> TRANSFER IS WITHOUT RECOURSE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN A LOAN SALE
<br /> AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 1999.
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors and assigns subject
<br /> only to the provisions in said mortgages contained.
