KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Wilkinson and Dori Jo Wilkinson, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, of a Deed of Trust with a
<br />current principal balance of $4,204.02 and an original principal sum of $ 4,426.50 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 2003 -12890 on
<br />September 29, 2003, do hereby agree to, and by this instrument do, subordinate their lien only to
<br />a certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to exceed $78,500.00 executed by John Lee Wilkinson
<br />and Dori Jo Wilkinson, Husband and Wife, as trustors to Central ational Bank, as trustee and
<br />Five Points Bank, as beneficiary dated May 3, 2004 and filed in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds as Document No. '--:i DD4/D all of which
<br />documents cover the following described Real Estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1) Sunset Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
