TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECON VEYANCE C
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />CLARENCE A SONNENFELD AND MARCIA R SONNENFELD, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 24, 1998 and recorded MARCH 31, 1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #98- 102953
<br />AND 98- 107064 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), IN CAPITAL HEIGHTS EIGHTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE NORTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (NWl /4) OF SECTION TWO (2) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN
<br />(10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
