NO. 200314578 on <br />NOVEMBER 4, 2003 (the "Subordinated Instrument ") covering real property located in <br />GRAND ISLAND in the above -named county of HALL, State of NEBRASKA, as more <br />particularly described in the Subordinated Instrument (the 'Property "). <br />LOT 25, JIFFREY OAKS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBD SSKA . <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust /mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument ").
