Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in any number of <br /> counterparts with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same <br /> instrument. <br /> Section 18. Subordination. Owner has borrowed funds from Lender and such amounts <br /> are secured by the Project. In order to ensure the viability of the Project's low income housing <br /> tax credit dollars, Lender hereby agrees to subordinate its rights prior to foreclosure to the <br /> provisions of this Agreement throughout the term of this Agreement, as set forth in Section 5, <br /> and to the Vacancy Decontrol Rule following foreclosure. <br /> 01-204659A1 12 <br />
