<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated January 29, 1999, executed by Grims Home Repair, Inc., (�
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, \
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 101248 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 2 day of February, 1998 and a Modification of Deed of Trust recorded as Document
<br />#0200401648 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25th day of February, 2004.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) IN UNION
<br />PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated January 29, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 101248 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
