CUMMINS and DEANN R. CUMMINS, husband and wife, : <br /> husband and wife, executed a Deed of Trust to FIRST FEDERAL <br /> LINCOLN BANK as Beneficiary, dated October 22, 1999, in the Principal <br /> amount of$210,000.00.00 and identified by First Federa] L,incoln Bank as <br /> Loan No. O 1-10148317.
