<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Gregory Pokorny and Patricia Pokorny,
<br />trustors, to Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Beneficiary, and recorded July 6, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200106601 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or persons entitled therein all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but
<br />only as to such premises:
