<br />HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION WAIVER
<br />In accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act, Neb. Rev. Stat., Sections 76-
<br />1901, et. Seq., as a preface to the execution, and as a part of the following Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustor(s)
<br />being first duly sworn, elect(s) to Waive the Right to Designate a Homestead.
<br />We understand that we have the right to make a designation of homestead in the following Deed of Trust. The
<br />execution of this Wavier constitutes a waiver of rights otherwise available to us for the purpose of affording us the
<br />opportunity to retain our homestead in the event of a default upon the Deed of Trust.

<br />REVOCABLE TRUST, whether one or more persons ( "Trustor "), whose mailing address is
<br />13340 S. Locust, Doniphan, NE 68832; BRAD MONCRIEF, Attorney at Law, ( "Trustee "),
<br />whose mailing address is 1239 N. Burlington Avenue, Suite 200, Hastings, Nebraska 68901, and
<br />CARL BENTON NOBLE and PEGGY JEAN NOBLE, Husband and Wife, whether one or
<br />more persons ('Beneficiary "), whose mailing address is 1030 Highland Drive, Hastings,

<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and
<br />assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of
<br />Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real
