<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, National Association, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 24, 2003, executed by Maris M. Carda and Lisa K. Carda, Husband and Wife, ( "Trustor"), in which
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br />as trustee, and recorded July 1, 2003, recorded in Instrument No. 0200308404 of Mortgage Records, in the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee of cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all
<br />the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block "A" in "Park -view Subdivision" located in the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -
<br />nine and the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -eight (28), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6`h P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, except a certain tract more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block A, Parkview Subdivision, said point also being at the junction of
<br />the East line of Pioneer Boulevard and the South line of Stolley Park Road; thence proceeding East along the
<br />South line of Stolley Park Road for a distance of 4.5 feet; thence deflecting right in a southwesterly direction for a
<br />distance of 6.02 feet; thence deflecting right in a northerly direction for a distance of 4 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />AND
<br />The West Eight (8) feet of the South Eight (8) feet of Lot One (1), in Block A, in Parkview Subdivision, a part of the
<br />W1/2 NW1 /4 of Section Twenty Eight (28) and the E1/2 NE1 /4 of Section Twenty Nine (29) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West, in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1907 West Stolley Park Road, Grand Island, NE 68801.
