<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Larry L Gipe and Lynn R
<br />Gipe, husband and wife, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein dated August 18, 2003 and recorded August 22, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document Number 0200311171 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />The West One Half (W1 /2) of Lot Twelve (12), in Block Seven (7), in Hann's Third Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
