<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS ATTORNEY IN FACT FOR
<br />NORWEST BANK, MINNESOTA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING
<br />AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 31, 1998 FOR LIFE BANK ASSET -BACKED TRUST 1998 -1,
<br />has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person
<br />entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
