<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lois Sixty Five (65), Sixty Six (66), Sixty Seven
<br />(67), Sixty Eight (68) and Sixty Nine (69), Amick Acres West Subdivision, In Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said tract containing 4.097 acres more or less.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that STAROSTKA GROUP CO., being the owner of
<br />the land described hereon, has caused some to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and
<br />designated as AMICK ACRES WEST FOURTH SUBDIVISION", in Hall County, Nebraska, as
