<br />WHEREAS, said Successor Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations
<br />contained in such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed,
<br />given and published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article
<br />10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated December 29, 2000, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 12, 2001, at Document Number 200100359, herein called the Grantor, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of Eleven Thousand One Hundred and No/ 100 Dollars
<br />($11,100.00), received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto REGINALDO ROSALES MENCHU, herein called the Grantee, the following -
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Seventeen (17) in Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
