<br />ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated December 29, 2000, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, January 12, 2001 as Document No. 200100363 of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds Books, wherein B & B Rental Properties, Inc., was identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Truster of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated December 29, 2000, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on January 12, 2001, at Document Number 200100363, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Twenty -Eight Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($28,000.00) as credit
<br />against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the
<br />beneficial interest in such Deed of Foist, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto EQUTTABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Three (3), in Lakeview, an addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point Fifty -Six (56) feet South of the Northwest Corner of Lot Four (4)
<br />in said Block; running thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Lots, a
<br />distance of Seventy (70) feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary line of said
<br />Lot Four (4), a distance of Forty -Two (42) feet; thence West, a distance of Seventy (70)
<br />feet; and thence North a distance of Forty -Two (42) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
