<br /> WHEREAS, by decree of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, entered on
<br /> July 27, 1999,in a cause pending in said Court wherein First Federal Lincoln Bank, formerly �:

<br /> Corporation, Plaintiff, and John Doe No. 1, et al., Defendants, Case No. 134-036, the �

<br /> hereinafter described at public sale in the event redemption was not made as provided by said
<br /> decree; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, no redemption having been made the undersigned proceeded to sell the
