<br /> Deed of Trust dated August 3, 1999, executed by Larry W. Fowle and Barbara A. Fowle,husband and wife d
<br /> , in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded
<br /> in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document#0099108382 on
<br /> the 20th day of August, 1999,and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> The Easterly One Half of Lots One Hundred Seventy-five(175)and One Hundred Seventy-six (176), in
<br /> West Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska, excepting a certain tract of land,
<br /> more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in the Register of Deeds office in book 78, Page
<br /> 706.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
