<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />Thz indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executer: by CHARLES M. ANSON and
<br />SUELLEN K. ANSON, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to EARL D. AHLSCHWEDE, Attorney at Law, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of ALMA L. SPILGER, as Beneficiary, dated November 12, 2002 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200212776 has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />A tract of land in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W' /2S E' /4), Section Four
<br />(4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WY2SE'/4) of said
<br />Section Four; thence in a Northerly direction parallel with the East Section line of
<br />Section Four, a distance of Three Hundred Seventy Three (373) feet; thence
<br />Westerly and parallel to the South line of said Section Four a distance of One
<br />Hundred Thirty (130) feet; thence in a Southerly direction and parallel to the East
<br />line of said Section Four a distance of Three Hundred Seventy Three (373) feet;
<br />thence along the South line of said Section Four a distance of One Hundred
<br />Thirty 1130` feet; to the point of beginning.
