<br />, Executed by Clyde K. Sorensen and Debra K. Sorensen, husband and
<br />wife, Trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank, F.K.A. The Farmers State Bank & Trust
<br />Co., Aurora, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />and recorded March 8, 1999, Instrument No. 99- 102452 of Mortgages, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
