Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference <br />to Deed of Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is Benefi- <br />ciary, and Ella May Grasso, a single person, is Trustor and Ronald <br />S. Depue, Attorney, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 14, 2002, and <br />filed as Instrument No. 0200206345 in the Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a <br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Six (6), Boggs & Hill <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with girn appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertAiryfng/. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />S.
