<br /> As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated
<br /> September 30, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94-108104 wherein
<br /> GARY SHOVLAIN AND LINDA SHOVLAIN, husband and wife, each in his
<br /> and her own right and as spouse of the other, is Trustor, HOWARD
<br /> E. TRACY, Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee, and FRED W.
<br /> RAUCH AND MARGARET RAUCH, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br /> right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, is
<br /> Beneficiary of the following described real estate, to-wit :

<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given
<br /> on October l, 1999, the Trustee hereby reconveys the real estate
