<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />WILLIAM F. HARRIS and VIRGINIA M. HARRIS, husband and wife,
<br />Grantors, in consideration of - - - - - -- FORTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
<br />($45,000) - - - -- received from Grantees, GONZALO SOTO and ELGA YAMILE
<br />SOTO, husband and wife, convey to Grantees, as joint tenants and
<br />not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />A parcel of land in Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block
<br />Thirty -Nine (39), Original Town, now City, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more accurately described
<br />as the North 44 Feet of the South 88 Feet of said Lots
<br />One (1) and Two (2), Block Thirty -Nine (39), except the
<br />North 22 Feet of the South 88 Feet of Lot One (1) and the
<br />North 22 Feet of the East 5 Feet of the South 88 Feet of
<br />Lot Two (2), as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />Grantors covenant (jointly and severally) with the Grantees
<br />that Grantors:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2 ) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
