<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MICHAEL A. �
<br /> MOSS,JR and JENNIFER L. MOSS,husband and wife, Trustor, Farmers State Bank and ��
<br /> Trust Company of Superior as Trustee, and The Equitable Building and Loan Association as ~
<br /> Beneficiary, dated November 23, 1998, and recorded on November 30, 1998, in the Office of the ��
<br /> Register of Deeds in Hall County,Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98-1 1 1 73 8 has been paid; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br /> Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be
<br /> reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br /> request of the Beneficiary, Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, does
<br /> hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and
<br /> interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described
