<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the
<br /> �� of October, 1999, Union Planters
<br /> Bank, National Association, f/k/a Union Planters National Bank, successor by merger to Leader
<br /> Federal Bank for Savings, f/k/a Leader Federal Savings and Loan Association, as plaintiff, filed
<br /> its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Linda J. Harris, a single
<br /> person, as defendant, the object and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to
<br /> foreclose a mortgage given by Linda J. Harris, a single person, to FirsTier Mortgage Co. to
<br /> foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named
<br /> defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
