. : - r ( 9 :� I �. t� 099 For all other purposes, the Decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the Decree is rendered or upon the death of the parties, whichever first occurs. If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. 2. The respondent is awarded custody of the minor child of the parties subject to reasonable rights of visitation vested in the respondent, which visitation shall include the following: a. Every other weekend from Friday at 6 o'clock p.m. to Sunday at 6 o'clock p.m. b. Thirty days during the summer vacation. c. Holiday visitation will include only the following holidays: (1) Easter. The Easter holiday will include that period of time during which the child is excused from school for the Easter holiday, includrng Easter Sunday, and sha11 commence at 8:30 a.m. on the day after the child is released from school and end at 7 p.m. on the day before the child returns to school. (2) Memorial Day weekend. This holiday shall include only that weekend when Memorial Day is nationally recognized and sha11 commence at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and conclude at 7 p.m. on Monday, Memorial Day. (3) Fourth of July. The Fourth of July sha11 include only the day on which Independence Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 9:00 a.m. the following day. (4) Labor Day weekend. This holiday sha11 include only that weekend on which Labor Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and conclude at 7 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day. (5) Thanksgiving. This holiday shall be defined as that period of time during which the child is excused from school for the Thanksgiving holiday, including Thanksgiving, and sha11 commence at 8:30 a.m. on the day after the child is released -3-
