<br /> DALE L. SKOW and SHIRLEY SKOW, husband and wife, herein called Grantor,
<br /> in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (S 1 .00), receipt of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
