<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Larry D. Grim, a Single
<br />Person, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated June 16, 2003 and recorded June 18, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200307650 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Lambert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />"TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
