<br />Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the

<br />of land for a public right -of -way comprising of a part of Lot Two (2) of Fonner Fourth
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, located in the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of
<br />Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of the SW '/4 of said section 22, thence
<br />on an assumed bearing of NO1 °06'27 "W along the west line of said SW '/4 a
<br />distance of 839.35 feet; thence N88 °53'33 "E and perpendicular to said west
<br />line a distance of 39.97 feet to a point being the intersection of the southwest
<br />corner of Lot 2, Fonner Fourth Subdivision and the east right -of -way (R.O.W.)
<br />line of South Locust Street, said point also being the point of beginning; thence
<br />upon and along said east R.O.W. line NOl °05'46 "W a distance of 13.90 feet;
<br />thence N89 °21' 19 "E a distance of 4.50 feet; thence N01 '05'46"W a distance
