<br />� WHEREAS, the within named Grantar is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />� Trust dated August 31, 1992, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall �
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document No. 92-107707 on September 2, 1992, wherein Timothy T. J
<br />��-' Tyma and Shireen D. Tyma, Husband and Wife, were identified as Trustors;

<br /> WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br /> such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br /> published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br /> Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br /> WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br /> date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br /> dated August 31, 1992, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No.
<br /> 92-107707, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty-Eight
<br /> Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($68,000.00)received from Grantee(s), does hereby quitclaim,
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael Leaman and Ralisa Leaman, Husband and
<br /> Wife, as joints tenants with right of survivorship, herein called the Grantee(s), the following-
<br /> described real estate in Hall Coun�y,Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Five (5), Block Six (6), in Kay Dee Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County,Nebraska,
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
