Young, a member ��� <br /> of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee,hereinafter called"Grantor",pursuant to <br /> the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 98-111233 in <br /> the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Green <br /> Tree Financial Servicing Corporation hereinafter called "Grantee": <br /> WHEREAS,on June 2, 1999,Thomas J.Young,as Successor Trustee,executed a Notice of <br /> Default pursuant to which notice was given to David E. Koch and Patricia A. Koch, Husband and <br /> Wife, Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 98-111233, in the <br /> Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that <br /> certain premises described as: <br /> Lot 7, Block 2, Evans Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska. <br /> that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting <br /> forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to satisfy the <br /> obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska on July 8, 1999 as Document No.99-106874 of the Miscellaneous records of said County. <br /> A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br /> pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br /> Subsequent thereto,beginning on August 25, 1999, Grantor caused to be published in The <br /> Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br /> Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br /> described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br /> cashier's check,in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse,Grand Island,Nebraska at 10:00 <br /> a.m.on October 6, 1999.
