<br /> 31, 1995, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee,
<br /> a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-described real property:
<br /> The Easterly 34.5 feet of Lot 7, Block 130, Koenig & Wiebe's
<br /> Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br /> Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 31, 1995, in the office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95-100584.
<br /> On or about February 2, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br /> right, title and benefi�ial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br /> The Assignment was recorded February 15, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95-100855.
<br /> You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br /> the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the T�-ustor has failed to pay the Beneficiarv
<br /> payments which were contractually due.
<br /> You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br /> balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or
<br /> cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
