<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall c>
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 14, 1997, executed by Jeffrey L. Sheeks and t�� o
<br /> Linda L. Sheeks, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br /> named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as document# 97-101170 in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21 st day of February, 1997.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br /> (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,
