<br /> Parallel with the Northerly Line of said Fractional Lot Nine(9), 14.6 Feet, thence
<br /> in a Northerly Direction Pazallel with the Westerly Line of said Fractional Lot Nine
<br /> (9)to a point where the Easterly Line of said Fractional Lot (9), intersects the Westerly
<br /> line of said Fractional Block Three (3), thence South to the Place of Beginning.
