<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated December 14, 1998 from trustor(s) Vera D. Mach for the benefit of TMS Mortgage
<br />Inc., dba The Money Store now known as HomEq Servicing Corporation which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded March 9, 1999 as Inst. No. 99- 102512 in the office of the Register of -5'-
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and S 6
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Part of Block 4 in Brown's addition to Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, described
<br />as beginning at a point on the North line of said Block 4, a distance of 50 feet East of
<br />the Northwest Point on the North Line of said Block 4 a distance of 50 feet East of
<br />the Northwest corner of said Block 4 thence southerly parallel to the West Line of
<br />said Block 4 a distance of 75 feet, thence Northerly and parallel to the Westerly line
<br />of said Block 4 a distance of 150 feet, thence Westerly along and upon the North line
<br />of said Block 4 a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning.
